Love Calculator by Name is built and maintained by Kunal Bansal — a blogger, SEO and maker of small web tools like this one. This page is the short version of why the site exists and what it promises.

Our story

A love score should mean the same thing every time you ask. Type the same two names into this calculator twice and you get the same number twice — in either order, on any day. That single promise, a score with a method underneath, is the reason this site exists.

We thought the genre deserved better — not because letters can reveal anything true about a relationship, but because a well-made game should at least keep its promises. So we took the LOVES method from the margins of school notebooks, made it rigorous, and published the entire calculation down to the individual weights.

Our mission

An honest love calculator: fun to use, open about its method, and clear about its limits. Three commitments define every page here:

• It will never lie to you. The same two names return the same score forever, on any device. No randomness, no timestamps, no quiet re-rolls.
• It will never keep your names. Every calculation runs inside your own browser. There is no database on our side because there is nothing to put in one.
